About Me

Elizabeth Shirian is the Blue House Counselor. She started as an intern and then worked in a leave replacement position at Weber, for the Red House in 2007. She took time after that experience to finish her clinical counseling coursework and internships at LIU Post and North Shore Child & Family Guidance Center. She has been the Blue House counselor since 2012. Ms. Shirian has three children and two young grandchildren. During her time off, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling. She speaks some Spanish and is fluent in Farsi. She loves working with middle school age students and families to help them navigate this critical stage academically, socially, and emotionally.

Fun Fact: Mrs. Shirian started at Weber as an intern for Mrs. Weiner in the red house.
