Full Value Contract

The full value contract is a contract where all members agree to find positive value from all their classmates.  This agreement encourages the valuing of: self, each other, the learning community, and the learning experience.  The full value contract asks each group member to show up both physically and mentally, pay attention, speak the truth, and to be open to outcomes. 

I agree to fully honor the following of the full value contract:

1. I will be alert and aware of individual and group safety at all times.
2. I will demonstrate responsible behavior, a cooperative attitude and mutual respect.
3. I will work cooperatively …striving to achieve individual and group goals.
4. I will agree to share ideas openly and give both positive and negative feedback in a constructive respectful manner.
5. I will agree to help change inappropriate behavior whenever and wherever it is necessary. 
6. I will agree not to put anyone down. 

Challenge By Choice

Challenge by choice offers a participant the chance to try a potentially difficult atmosphere that is supportive and caring.  It offers them the opportunity to step out of challenge that may seem uncomfortable or too challenging.
